Before You Book
Surface
Grass is best for kids and for the vinyl. We can also set up on dirt, asphalt, concrete and indoors, but not on rocks or mulch. Concrete, asphalt and indoor setups carry an additional surface fee.
Access
Larger units can weigh up to 650 pounds, so we need a clear path at least 4 feet wide to your setup spot. If you have stairs or a tiered yard, call us first so we can talk through options.
Deposit and Rain Checks
Orders require a 35% deposit or higher, depending on the total. Deposits are non-refundable once an order is placed, and when applicable you get a rain check good for up to 1 year.
Bounce House Tips for Belle Isle Homes
Belle Isle is a small city built around water. Homes sit along the Conway chain of lakes, and many backyards slope toward a seawall or dock. That is the first thing to check, because an inflatable needs flat ground. The level part of a lakefront lot is often closer to the house than you would guess, so measure that space and not the whole yard.
Older lots here tend to have big oaks and wide side yards, so look up as well as across. The Elmo unit is about 15 by 15 feet. The White Luxe is about 10 feet tall, which helps under low limbs. Combos such as the Princess Palace run 30 feet long, so they suit a long, straight stretch of lawn. If there is standing water or soft ground near the shoreline, keep the unit well away from it and tell us when you book.
Warren Park, on the east side of town, is managed by Orange County and is reserved through Orange County Parks and Recreation. Ask them about inflatables and permits before you order. If a permit is required, we need a copy before your date. Water units have extra rules at many parks, and a 3500 watt generator is recommended unless the park provides a dedicated circuit.
At home, the blower needs an outlet within 50 feet of the unit, and we bring heavy duty cords. Travel fees are based on mileage from our warehouse. Call (407) 936-8393 with your address for a quote.
Events We Serve in Belle Isle
Birthday parties and lakeside family cookouts are the usual reasons to book here. Neighbors around Lake Conway also rent for block parties and holiday weekends, and a tent from the same order gives grandparents a shady place to sit. For a larger gathering, carnival games give older kids something to do while the little ones bounce.

Plan on it. The crew generally arrives 1 to 3 hours before your rental time, and up to 4 hours early on very busy days. Tell us ahead of time if you need a specific window.

We recommend 2 to 4 weeks, and earlier for popular weekends. Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
