Terms of Service for Orlando Fun Party Rentals

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website and services of Orlando Fun Party Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program

Orlando Fun Party Rentals (the “Program”) provides automated and manual mobile messages to customers regarding rental inquiries, booking updates, event logistics, and promotional offers.

  • User Opt-In: Users opt-in to the Program by providing their phone number and checking an optional box on our website contact form (https://www.funpartyrentals.net/contact-us).

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our staff and your booking status.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Orlando Fun Party Rentals does not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier’s rates will apply for both sent and received messages.

3. Opt-Out and Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time.

  • To Opt-Out: Text “STOP” to our phone number. After you send the message “STOP”, we will send you one final SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • For Help: If you are experiencing issues or need assistance, text “HELP” to our number or email us at fpr.orlando@gmail.com.

  • Rejoining: If you wish to join the Program again after opting out, you can sign up as you did the first time via our website form.

4. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Eligibility

By opting into the Program, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent to participate.

6. Privacy

Your data is protected. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orlando Fun Party Rentals shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to equipment rental, delivery delays, or message delivery failures.
