Before You Book
Surface
Grass is best for kids and for the vinyl. We can also set up on dirt, asphalt, concrete and indoors, but not on rocks or mulch. Concrete, asphalt and indoor setups carry an additional surface fee.
Access
Larger units can weigh up to 650 pounds, so we need a clear path at least 4 feet wide to your setup spot. If you have stairs or a tiered yard, call us first so we can talk through options.
Deposit and Rain Checks
Orders require a 35% deposit or higher, depending on the total. Deposits are non-refundable once an order is placed, and when applicable you get a rain check good for up to 1 year.
Planning a Bounce House Party in Apopka

Check the forecast the day before, and keep the blower off and the unit empty in high winds. Our crew goes over the safety rules with you, and you sign off on them before the party starts.
Power is the other thing to plan. The blower has to stay on the whole time, so we need an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. We bring our own heavy duty cords, because longer household cords can trip a breaker.
Thinking about a park instead of the backyard? Most parks require a permit for the event and for the inflatable itself, so call the city or county parks office before you order. If a permit is required, we need a copy before your date, and we suggest booking 7 to 10 days ahead or sooner so any insurance certificate can be processed. A 3500 watt generator is recommended unless the park provides a dedicated circuit.
