Before You Book
Curbside Items
Tables, chairs and linens are dropped at your address and collected after the event. Have them broken down, stacked and bagged before pickup, or add setup to your order for an extra charge.
Inflatable Surfaces
If your order includes an inflatable, grass is best. We can also use dirt, asphalt, concrete and indoor floors, but not rocks or mulch. Hard surface and indoor setups carry an additional fee.
Deposit and Rain Checks
Orders require a 35% deposit or higher, depending on the total. Deposits are non-refundable once an order is placed, and when applicable you get a rain check good for up to 1 year.
Putting Together a Kissimmee Party Order
Start with one question: how many people are you seating? A 60 inch round runs $10 and white folding chairs start at $2.50, so a backyard dinner can come together for less than people expect. Moving up to White Chiavari chairs at $3.95 gives a quinceañera or anniversary a more formal look, and a White Royal Throne Chair at $129 gives the guest of honor a place to sit for photos.
Shade comes next. Florida sun is the reason so many orders include a tent, even in the cooler months. A white 10×10 pop up starts at $65, and a 20×20 High Peak tent at $300 covers a much larger seating area. Setup and breakdown are included on tents. Yards near Lake Tohopekaliga and around Buenaventura Lakes vary a lot, so measure your space and watch for overhead lines and low branches before choosing a size.
Know what is curbside. Tables, chairs and linens are curbside delivery. We drop them at the address and come back after the event, and you handle the setup unless you add it to your order for an extra charge. Before pickup, tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked the way they arrived, and linens bagged. Inflatables, carnival games and tents are different: our crew sets those up and takes them down.
Add something to do. Carnival games start around $59, Giant Connect 4 is $40 and Giant Jenga is $30, which gives teens and adults something besides the dance floor.
Check your venue. City of Kissimmee rental rules do not allow tents, inflatables or bounce houses in city parks or pavilions, so confirm the rules with the city before planning an event there. Vacation home communities and HOAs often have rules of their own as well. A private yard or a rented hall is usually the easiest route.
